The Realty and Community website (hereafter referred to as "Realty and Community" or "we" or "us" or "our" or “the site”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Realty and Community is defined to include all services (mobile, web, print, or otherwise) owned and operated by Oquatis, LLC, and their features (known as the "services").

Our services are entirely membership based, and as such, do not rely on outside advertising dollars to fund our website. We DO NOT share, sell, or otherwise provide any of your personal information to anyone, other than what YOU decide to publicly display on your Member, Business, or Property Microsite public displays, unless ordered by a court of law, or in order to contract opt-in email, mobile, or other 3rd party services for the EXPRESS PURPOSE of our communication with you, or functionality of the site and other contracted services.

This policy does not apply to any public area of Realty and Community’s website or services. In the event you submit personally identifiable information when you contact another member, contact a member about a listing, create a listing or business profile, add a contact on a listing or profile, utilize ‘Ask A Question”, “Contact Me”, or any other voluntary method of contact, including but not limited to QR or other mobile scan code links, SMS opt-in sessions, social media links, blog links or forums, such information becomes publicly available and Realty and Community is not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit to these unlimited services, forums, listings, profiles, websites, or persons.

By accessing, using, and/or becoming a member of the site, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy as of the effective date of your joining or use thereof.

COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION:

Personal Information:

Certain personal information is collected at member or user signup, and remains privately accessible in the My Account section of the member or registered user portion of the site. Some of this information may differ from the information you provide on our publicly viewable website. Such information is considered Personal Information and includes:

Public Viewable information may be collected from several areas of the site, including but not limited to: adding and editing of property listings; the adding and editing of professional or business profiles; email forms; and certain opt-in surveys or contests that Realty and Community may sponsor. All information collected therein is voluntary and available for public display, except when certain settings indicating ‘do not display’ (on public facing website) are selected. Information contained in the My Account section of the website is considered protected private information as described above.

By accessing or becoming a member of this site, you certify that any and all information, photographs, videos, or any other digital display of information that you may post, transfer, or display on the site, or post, transfer, or display on any 3rd party software or site that may provide service(s) to the Realty and Community site, is personally owned or submitted by you with permission of the owning party, and free of copyright restrictions as set forth by Federal Law.

Information Collected During Payment Processing:

All payments are processed utilizing a fully secure, 3rd party hosted, level 1 PCI Compliant merchant processing company, which means WE NEVER HANDLE, SEE, COLLECT, OR RETAIN any of your personal or financial information other than what is described above.

You may NOT use the ‘Ask A Question’, ‘Contact Me’, or any publicly displayed contact email address, or other email service(s) that we may offer to send spam (i.e. unsolicited commercial email) or otherwise send content that would violate the Realty and CommunityTerms of Use. We may monitor, track or save the use of these features, but will be under no obligation to monitor, track or save any email messages sent from these tools. Realty and Community may store this information for the sole purpose of sending one-time emails and for tracking the success of our referral program. We do not rent or sell email addresses of any member or user.

Termination of service and our use of their information is simple and straightforward. Unsubscribing is built into our online service and available 24/7 at http://realtyandcommunity.com, unsubscribe links are available on all emails and filters are in place on mobile responses from SMS/Text, broadband data and mobile application responses, when applicable. If you choose to cancel your account or unsubscribe to any service, please be aware that Realty and Community may, for a time, retain residual information in our backup and/or archival copies of our database.

Your account may be accessed simultaneously from more than one computer in more than one location. This is for your business flexibility and convenience, however, it is up to you to safeguard your user credentials to avoid unauthorized access to your account.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information stored on our website, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
